Lakukan 5 Kebiasaan Sehat Ini Hanya Dalam 5 Menit

1. Sarapan Buah
Terkadang beberapa orang beralasan tak mempunyai waktu untuk sarapan. Mereka lebih pilih minum kopi, donat atau pergi melakukan aktivitas dengan perut yang kosong.
Sayangnya, itu tidak cukup. Minuman itu paling cuma bertahan tidak sampai setengah jam. Jadi Anda bakal kelaparan serta merasa pusing. Salah satu jalan keluar yaitu sarapan buah.
Buah kaya nutrisi, vitamin serta serat yang bisa penuhi keperluan gizi Anda pada pagi hari. Pilih buah seperti apel, pir, atau anggur untuk sarapansetiap pagi.

2. Berfikir positif
Saat kita bangun pada pagi hari, pastikan hal pertama yang Anda kerjakan yaitu berfikir positif. Minimal, bersyukur untuk kehidupan yang akan Anda jalani dapat membangun mood positif untuk melakukan aktivitas.
3. Lakukan peregangan
Duduk di kursi serta lakukan beberapa pose peregangan. Dari mulai memutar kepala dengan cara perlahan-lahan, lalu memutar pundak ke depan serta ke belakang. Kemudian Anda dapat juga memutar pergelangan kaki sampai merasa rileks.
4. Buat diri sendiri bahagia
Anda dapat membeli suatu hal yang membuat Anda bahagia, seperti buku, baju atau sebatas mendengarkan musik. Beli juga es cream atau kopi ditempat favorite.
5. Mandi air hangat
Tahukah Anda, mandi air hangat dapat mengeliminasi racun, meregangkan otot serta memperlancar peredaran darah sesudah beraktvitas sepanjang hari. Jadi, mulai saat ini, mari lakukan rutinitas sehat.
